FTG Company Policies
FTG International, LLC fully stands behind the quality of our product. We offer a 60 day warranty on everything we sell!
All goods must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by FTG or we will refuse shipment. The product must also be sent back in the original packaging.
Please note that we fully stand behind the quality of our product. Should you have any issue with the quality, we will replace the units if available, or refund 100% of the purchase price if no immediate units are available for replacement.
If a case arises in which DOA product is sent back to FTG International, and found to be in good working condition as previously sold, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the client refuses the shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred on the total sale price of the product. This charge is to offset the manpower and shipping cost FTG International will have absorbed.
All Purchase orders that are received by FTG International by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will ship out the same day if the freight carrier is UPS or FEDEX. We strive to get every order out same day after 3:00, but it is not guaranteed. Large orders will ship out the following business day, sooner if possible.
